Grieving the loss of a loved one is the most difficult emotional work we will face in our life. Grief work knows normal grief, anticipated grief, compound grief, and complicated grief. In this seminar, You learn the distinctions between those different types of griefs. We also introduce You to the different stages of grief, as established by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, and help You to understand how those stages interact with each other.
In addition, You will learn about the different types of losses we all face at any given time in our lives. While creating Your own loss graph, You might be surprised how many losses have accumulated over Your life time, but how little time You have taken to grieve some of those losses.
This seminar is offerend for groups, but it can also be offered on an individual basis.
